Φοβερός Πίκφορντ κράτησε όρθια την Έβερτον κι έστειλε την Μάντσεστερ Σίτι στην εντατική!

 

Ύψωσε «τείχος» στη Μάντσεστερ ο Πίκφορντ και διατήρησε τη Σίτι στην εντατική! Σε ένα τρελό ματς στο «Etihad» η ομάδα του Γκουαρδιόλα δεν κατάφερε για τέταρτο σερί ματς να γευτεί τη χαρά της νίκης, αφού ο τερματοφύλακας της Έβερτον απέκρουσε πέναλτι του Χάαλαντ και διατήρησε το 1-1 ως το τέλος!

Με γκολ του Μπερνάρντο Σίλβα προηγήθηκαν οι «πολίτες» στο 14' με τον Εντιαγέ να ισοφαρίζει στο 33' για τα «ζαχαρωτά» απομακρύνοντας τα ακόμη περισσότερο από τη ζώνη του υποβιβασμού στην Boxing Day του 2024.

Έτσι η Μάντσεστερ Σίτι έμεινε στην 6η θέση της βαθμολογίας με 28 βαθμούς, με την Άστον Βίλα να παραμένει σε απόσταση βολής. Στην αντίπερα όχθη η Έβερτον βρέθηκε στο +5 από την 18η θέση και νιώθει μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια.
