ΥΠΠΟ για διαφήμιση με drone στην Ακρόπολη: Καταθέτει μήνυση κατά παντός υπευθύνου για παραβίαση της αρχαιολογικής νομοθεσίας

Αναφορικά με διαφήμιση εταιρείας αθλητικών ειδών στην οποία φέρεται να απεικονίζεται η Ακρόπολη, από το υπουργείο Πολιτισμού ανακοινώνεται ότι:

 

«Οι αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού καταθέτουν εντός της ημέρας μήνυση κατά παντός υπευθύνου για παραβίαση της αρχαιολογικής νομοθεσίας.

 

Επιπλέον το Υπουργείο είναι σε επικοινωνία με την Υπηρεσία Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας, προκειμένου να διερευνηθεί η τήρηση ή μη της διαδικασίας αδειοδότησης της υπερπτήσης drone, σύμφωνα με την κείμενη νομοθεσία».
