Οριστικά με κόσμο το ντέρμπι Παναθηναϊκός - Ολυμπιακός

Μια φετινή προσθήκη στον αθλητικό νόμο, οριστικοποιεί την παρουσία φιλάθλων στο κυριακάτικο ντέρμπι αιωνίων στη Λεωφόρο Αλεξάνδρας..

Στις 7 Φεβρουαρίου 2025 ο αναπληρωτής υπουργός Αθλητισμού, Γιάννης Βρούτσης πέρασε τροπολογία στη Βουλή και ουσιαστικά ακύρωσε τη δυνατότητα της ΔΕΑΒ να εφαρμόζει άμεσα την ποινή "κεκλεισμένων των θυρών".

 

Η τροπολογία ταυτίστηκε με το ποδοσφαιρικό δίκαιο, το οποίο προβλέπει ότι και η κύρωση της κρατικής επιτροπής για την αθλητική βία θα ισχύει μετά την παρέλευση πενθημέρου.

 

Με αυτό τον τρόπο η όποια προσφυγή του Παναθηναϊκού στο Διοικητικό Εφετείο Αθηνών δεν έχει ουσιαστικό αντίκτυπο.

 

Σε κάθε περίπτωση η "πράσινη" ΠΑΕ θα εκτίσει την ποινή της είτε στο ματς με τον Ατρόμητο είτε στον αγώνα με τον Αστέρα.
