Νταμπλούχος Πορτογαλίας η Σπόρτινγκ με επική ανατροπή

Πόσες σφαλιάρες να αντέξει η Μπενφίκα από την Σπόρτινγκ τη φετινή σεζόν. Η ομάδα του Βαγγέλη Παυλίδη, έψαχνε εξιλέωση μέσω του τελικού Κυπέλλου για το χαμένο πρωτάθλημα στον πόντο και αν δεν ήταν το άτσαλο μαρκάρισμα του Ρενάτο Σάντσες στις καθυστερήσεις του αγώνα, τότε θα τα κατάφερνε.

 

Οι «αετοί» της Λισαβόνας προηγήθηκαν στο 47' με τον Κοκτσού, ωστόσο η απερίσκεπτη ενέργεια του Πορτογάλου μέσου να ανατρέψει τον Γκιόκερες εντός περιοχής, έδωσε την ευκαιρία στην Σπόρτινγκ να ξαναμπεί στο ματς. Ο Σουηδός δεν λάθεψε από την άσπρη βούλα, έκανε το 1-1 και έστειλε το ματς στην παράταση.

Με το μομέντουμ υπέρ της, η Σπόρτινγκ κατατρόπωσε την Μπενφίκα στο έξτρα ημιώρο. Τα γκολ των Χάρντερ στο 99' και Τρινκάο στο 121' διαμόρφωσαν το τελικό 3-1, χαρίζοντας στα «λιοντάρια» ένα ιστορικό νταμπλ και επισφραγίζοντας μια ονειρική χρονιά.

 

Αυτό ήταν το 22ο κύπελλο για τα «λιοντάρια», με τον Γκιόκερες να... αποχαιρετά πιθανότατα τα «λιοντάρια» με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.
