Με εισαγγελική διάταξη απορρίφθηκε η μήνυση πέντε συγγενών θυμάτων των Τεμπών σε βάρος του ανακριτή Λάρισας Σ. Μπακαΐμη

Απορρίφθηκε ως αβάσιμη, με διάταξη της εισαγγελέως Πρωτοδικών Λάρισας, η μηνυτήρια αναφορά που είχαν καταθέσει πέντε συγγενείς θυμάτων του σιδηροδρομικού δυστυχήματος των Τεμπών (28.2.2023) σε βάρος του εφέτη ανακριτή Λάρισας Σωτήρη Μπακαΐμη και της γραμματέως του Ευαγγελίας Μαντζώνη.

 

Αναλυτικότερα, οι συγγενείς των θυμάτων Μαρία Καρυστινού, Σωτήρης Μήτσκας, Λίλιαν Βασιλίσιν, Παύλος Ασλανίδης και Χρήστος Τιλκερίδης είχαν καταθέσει μήνυση κατά του Σωτήρη Μπακαΐμη, υποστηρίζοντας ότι έδωσε εντολή καταστροφής των συλλεγέντων δειγμάτων βιολογικού υλικού αίματος και ιστών των θυμάτων του δυστυχήματος των Τεμπών, δεν συμπερίλαβε στη δικογραφία την οποία χειρίζεται, μεταξύ των άλλων, τα ψηφιακά πειστήρια, αρχεία ήχου και εικόνας που κατασχέθηκαν, κ.λπ.

 

Σήμερα, η αντεισαγγελέας Πρωτοδικών Λάρισας Ευτυχία Μελετοπούλου, με την υπ αριθμ. 104/2025 διάταξή της απέρριψε ως αβάσιμη την μηνυτήρια αναφορά (και την συμπληρωματική) των πέντε συγγενών των θυμάτων του σιδηροδρομικού δυστυχήματος των Τεμπών, αναφέροντας ότι ουδόλως προκύπτει πλημμελής άσκηση των καθηκόντων του εφέτη ανακριτή Λάρισας Σωτήρη Μπακαΐμη.
