Μαμαρντασβίλι: «Νομίζω ότι η Ισπανία για γίνει Πρωταθλήτρια Ευρώπης!

Το ταξίδι της Γεωργίας στο Euro 2024 σταμάτησε στη φάση των «16», γνωρίζοντας την ήττα με 4-1 από την Ισπανία.

Ένας εκ των πρωταγωνιστών των Γεωργιανών, ο Γκιόργκι Μαμαρντασβίλι, αναφέρθηκε στην εξαιρετική πορεία που έκανε η ομάδα του, ενώ πρόσθεσε πως η «φούρια ρόχα» θα είναι εκείνη που θα κατακτήσει το τρόπαιο.

«Νομίζω ότι η Ισπανία είναι το φαβορί για αυτό το τουρνουά και θα γίνει πρωταθλήτρια. Είναι κρίμα που συναντήσαμε αυτήν την ομάδα, αλλά δεν πειράζει, δεν είναι το τέλος. Θα επιστρέψουμε πιο δυνατοί» είπε αρχικά και συνέχισε:

«Φυσικά, είναι λυπηρό που χάσαμε στη φάση των "16", αλλά θα έπρεπε να το χαιρόμαστε επίσης, γιατί πριν από λίγο καιρό δεν μπορούσαμε να φανταστούμε ότι θα φτάναμε ως εδώ», ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά ο τερματοφύλακας της Βαλένθια.
