Λος Άντζελες 2028: Στην «καρδιά» των «Hollywood Film Studios» το σκουός

Οι διοργανωτές των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων του Λος Άντζελες 2028 ανακοίνωσαν αρκετούς νέους χώρους διεξαγωγής αγώνων τη Μ. Τρίτη, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του σκουός στα «Hollywood Film Studios» και πολλών εκδηλώσεων στην παραλία Βένις.

 

Το «LA-28» διευκρίνισε ότι το σκουός, το οποίο θα κάνει την πρώτη του εμφάνιση σε Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες, θα φιλοξενηθεί στα «Universal Studios», και συγκεκριμένα μπροστά από το «Courthouse Square» που χρησιμοποιήθηκε στις ταινίες «Back to the Future» και «To Kill a Mockingbird».

 

Η διάσημη παραλιακή γειτονιά Βένις προστίθεται για πρώτη φορά στον χάρτη των τόπων διεξαγωγής των αθλημάτων και θα φιλοξενήσει το τρίαθλο, αντικαθιστώντας το Λονγκ Μπιτς, καθώς και τις εκκινήσεις των αγώνων μαραθωνίου και ποδηλασίας δρόμου.

 

Το μπέιζμπολ θα διεξαχθεί στο γήπεδο των δημοφιλών Ντότζερς (ανατολικά), των τελευταίων νικητών του World Series.
