Θάνατος Μαζωνάκη: Συμπληρωματική δίωξη για ψευδή δήλωση ζητά ο ΙΣΑ κατά των δύο κατηγορούμενων

Την άσκηση συμπληρωματικής ποινικής δίωξης σε βάρος των δύο κατηγορούμενων για τον θάνατο του Γιώργου Μαζωνάκη γιατρών για ψευδή δήλωση, ζητά ο Ιατρικός Σύλλογος Αθηνών από τις δικαστικές αρχές. Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, το αίτημα του ΙΣΑ αφορά δεδομένα από τον έλεγχο που πραγματοποίησε ο Σύλλογος, όπου φαίνεται ότι οι δύο γιατροί είχαν αποστείλει δύο έγγραφα το 2025 και το 2026 για υποτιθέμενα προσαρτήματα οζονοθεραπείας.

 

Με πολυσέλιδο συμπληρωματικό υπόμνημα που κατέθεσε στον ανακριτή της υπόθεσης, ο Ιατρικός Σύλλογος Αθηνών προσκομίζει νέα στοιχεία και έγγραφα για τα δύο ιατρεία που διατηρούσαν οι κατηγορούμενοι στην οδό Καρνεάδου και στην οδό Πατριάρχου Ιωακείμ.
