Ενσωματώθηκε ο Γένσεν στις προπονήσεις του Άρη

Πρωινή προπόνηση στο Δασυγένειο Αθλητικό Κέντρο περιλάμβανε το πρόγραμμα της Δευτέρας (06/10) για τους παίκτες του Άρη, με τον Μανόλ Χιμένεθ να μετράει μια επιστροφή και άλλες τέσσερις απουσίες…

 

Συγκεκριμένα, ο Φρέντρικ Γένσεν συμμετείχε στο πρόγραμμα των «κίτρινων», οι Κάρλες Πέρεθ και Μιγκέλ Αλφαρέλα έκαναν ατομικό, ενώ οι Ούρος Ράτσιτς και Χαμζά Μεντίλ συνέχισαν το πρόγραμμα θεραπείας.

 

Από εκει και πέρα, σε ό,τι αφορά στην προπόνηση οι ποδοσφαιριστές του Άρη χωρίστηκαν σε δύο γκρουπ. Πρόγραμμα αποθεραπείας και αποφόρτισης για το πρώτο, ασκήσεις ενεργοποίησης, παιχνίδια σε μικρό χώρο και ασκήσεις ενδυνάμωσης για το δεύτερο γκρουπ.
