Ανεβάζει ρυθμούς ο Γένσεν στον Άρη

 

Στο Δασυγένειο Αθλητικό Κέντρο προπονήθηκαν σήμερα (26/11) το πρωί οι ποδοσφαιριστές του Άρη ενόψει του εντός έδρας αγώνα με την ΑΕΛ Novibet (29/11, 19:30).

Τα ευχάριστα ήρθαν από τον Φρέντρικ Γένσεν ο οποίος ακολούθησε -και σήμερα- μέρος του προγράμματος των «κίτρινων». Αντιθέτως, οι Τάσος Δώνης και Γκαμπριέλ Μισεουί έκαναν ατομικό και ο Τίνο Καντεβέρε θεραπεία και ατομικό.

 

Από εκεί και πέρα, η προπόνηση των παικτών του Άρη ξεκίνησε με ασκήσεις ενεργοποίησης και συνεχίστηκε με ασκήσεις ενδυνάμωσης, παιχνίδια σε μικρό χώρο και τακτική.

 

Αύριο, Πέμπτη, θα ακολουθηθεί το ίδιο πρόγραμμα για τους Θεσσαλονικείς με πρωινή προπόνηση στο «Δασυγένειο».
