«Ανέβασε στροφές» ο Μπακασέτας στον Παναθηναϊκό!

Με πρωινή προπόνηση στο «Γεώργιος Καλαφάτης» συνεχίστηκε την Τετάρτη (23/04) η προετοιμασία του Παναθηναϊκού για τον εκτός έδρας αγώνα κόντρα στον ΠΑΟΚ.

Τα ευχάριστα για τον Ρουί Βιτόρια ήρθαν και πάλι από τον Τάσο Μπακασέτα, ο οποίος ανέβασε κι άλλο ρυθμό, συμμετέχοντας σε μεγάλο μέρος του προγράμματος των «πράσινων»!

Από την άλλη πλευρά, ο Γιάννης Κώτσιρας ακολούθησε εκ νέου ατομικό πρόγραμμα και ο Μπαρτ Σένκεφελντ συνέχισε την θεραπεία του.

Σε ό,τι αφορά στην προπόνηση, οι παίκτες του Παναθηναϊκού ξεκίνησαν με προθέρμανση, συνέχισαν με rondo, ενώ ακολούθησε τακτική και το πρόγραμμα ολοκληρώθηκε με παιχνίδι στο μισό γήπεδο.

Το «τριφύλλι» θα συνεχίσει την προετοιμασία του για την αναμέτρηση της Τούμπας, με νέα προπόνηση αύριο (24/04) το πρωί, στο Κορωπί.
