Κόντης: «Δεν είχαμε υπομονή στο παιχνίδι μας, ο Αστέρας ήταν πιο πεινασμένος»

 Ο ΟΦΗ λίγο έλειψε να γνωρίσει τη δεύτερη ήττα του στο πρωτάθλημα αλλά το απίθανο γκολ του Νίκου Αθανασίου στο τελευταίο λεπτό του αγώνα κόντρα στον Asteras AKTOR είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα οι δύο ομάδες να αναδειχθούν ισόπαλες (2-2) για την 5η αγωνιστική της Stoiximan Super League. Ο προπονητής των Κρητικών, Χρήστος Κόντης, μετά το τέλος της αναμέτρησης αναφέρθηκε στο γκολ που σημείωσε στην εκπνοή ο παίκτης του, ενώ δεν δίστασε να δώσει συγχαρητήρια στους Αρκάδες για την προσπάθειά τους. Παράλληλα, αναφερόμενος στην ομάδα του Γιώργου Αντωνόπουλου, σημείωσε πως η ομάδα που είναι πιο «πεινασμένη» στο παιχνίδι έχει μεγαλύτερη ενέργεια, «δεν είχαμε υπομονή και βιαζόμασταν», συμπλήρωσε. Αναλυτικά τα όσα ανέφερε: Για το γκολ του Αθανασίου:  «Ήταν ένα πάρα πολύ όμορφο γκολ και μπράβο στην ομάδα που πάλεψε ως το φινάλε να το γυρίσει. Παλέψαμε απέναντι σε δικά μας λάθη, απέναντι σε μια ομάδα που είχε έναν βαθμό και μπράβο στον Αστέρα για την προσπάθεια». Για τον Αστέρα: «Καμιά φορά ο “πεινασμένος” έχει περισσότερη ενέργεια. Δεν είχαμε υπομονή στο παιχνίδι μας, βιαζόμασταν και έτσι όπως εξελίχθηκε το παιχνίδι ένας βαθμός είναι σημαντικός για εμάς.»
