Έδειξε χαρακτήρα ο Αστέρας και πήρε προβάδισμα πρόκρισης, 0-2 τον Πανιώνιο

Τα βρήκε σκούρα, αλλά έβγαλε χαρακτήρα και βλέπει ημιτελικά ο Asteras AKTOR! Παρότι ο Πανιώνιος ήταν εξαιρετικός και δεν επέτρεψε στους Αρκάδες να δημιουργήσουν μεγάλες φάσεις, οι φιλοξενούμενοι χρειάστηκαν δύο… εκτελέσεις για να φύγουν με το 2-0 από το «Ελ Πάσο».

Πρώτα, στο 80’ με την οβίδα του Καλτσά εκτός περιοχής και μετά, στο 6ο λεπτό των καθυστερήσεων με το πέναλτι του Μπαρτόλο για το τεράστιο προβάδισμα πρόκρισης.

Στο πρώτο δεκαήμερου του Ιανουαρίου η ρεβάνς της Τρίπολης, με την ομάδα του Σάββα Παντελίδη να είναι πολύ κοντά πλέον στους «4» του Κυπέλλου Ελλάδας Betsson, ενώ οι «κυανέρυθροι» μετά το 1-0 είχαν τεράστιες φάσεις με Στούπη και Βενάρδο για την ισοφάριση.
