Βουλή: Nόμος η ισότητα στο γάμο με 176 «ναι»

H Eλλάδα είναι εδώ και λίγα λεπτά η 37η χώρα στον κόσμο που αναγνώρισε την ισότητα στο γάμο, με την τροποποίηση του άρθρου 1350 του Αστικού Κώδικα και την εισαγωγή του κανόνα ότι ο γάμος συνάπτεται μεταξύ δύο προσώπων ίδιου ή διαφορετικού φύλου.

Το νομοσχέδιο «Ισότητα στον πολιτικό γάμο, τροποποίηση του Αστικού Κώδικα και άλλες διατάξεις», έγινε δεκτό, επί της αρχής, από την ολομέλεια με 176 «ναι», 76 «όχι» και 2 «παρών»
