Η παραλία Χιλιαδού Καλύτερη Ευρωπαϊκή Κινηματογραφική Τοποθεσία 2022

Το Βραβείο Καλύτερης Ευρωπαϊκής Kινηματογραφικής Τοποθεσίας 2022 απέσπασε η θρυλική παραλία Χιλιαδού της Εύβοιας που εν καιρώ πανδημίας υποδέχτηκε γυρίσματα της πολυβραβευμένης ταινίας «Το τρίγωνο της θλίψης», του Σουηδού Ρούμπεν Έστλουντ (Χρυσός Φοίνικας Φεστιβάλ Καννών).

Η βράβευση από το Ευρωπαϊκό Δίκτυο των Film Commission (EUFCN) πραγματοποιήθηκε σήμερα στην 73η Μπερλινάλε, στο πλαίσιο του European Film Market, και ήταν αποτέλεσμα της επιτυχούς για την Ελλάδα ανταπόκρισης του κοινού στη διαδικασία της ψηφοφορίας για την ανάδειξη της Καλύτερης Κινηματογραφικής Τοποθεσίας.

 

Το Ελληνικό Κέντρο Κινηματογράφου και η διεύθυνσή του για τις Διεθνείς Οπτικοακουστικές Συμπαραγωγές - Hellenic Film Commission (HFC) που υπέβαλε την υποψηφιότητα εκφράζουν, σε ανακοίνωση τους, ευχαριστίες στις συμμετέχουσες και τους συμμετέχοντες στην διαδικτυακή ψηφοφορία που ξεκίνησε τον περασμένο Νοέμβριο μετά την ανακοίνωση των πέντε φιναλίστ για το βραβείο Εuropean Film Location Award 2022. Οι άλλες τέσσερις τοποθεσίες ήταν από τη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, την Ελβετία, τη Γερμανία και την Κροατία.

Να σημειωθεί ότι το 2018, το ίδιο βραβείο έλαβε η Κέρκυρα της τηλεοπτικής σειράς «The Durrells» κάνοντας ήδη δύο τις βραβεύσεις για την Ελλάδα από το 2017 οπότε καθιερώθηκε ο θεσμός της καλύτερης Κινηματογραφικής Τοποθεσίας της χρονιάς από το EUFCN.
