Ιστορική πρόκριση για την Νίκη Βόλου

Ολοκληρώθηκε το παζλ των προημιτελικών του Κυπέλλου Ελλάδος  με τη Νίκη Βόλου να παίρνει την πρόκριση επί του Λεβαδειακού. Η ομάδα της Μαγνησίας επικράτησε 1-0 στο Πανθεσσαλικό Στάδιο και σε συνδυασμό με το 1-1 της Βοιωτίας έκλεισε θέση για τους «8», για 7η φορά στην ιστορία της και πρώτη μετά τη σεζόν 2005/06, όταν είχε αποκλειστεί από την ΑΕΚ. Εκεί όπου θα αντιμετωπίσει τον Άρη. «Χρυσός» σκόρερ για τους νικητές ο Λίταινας στο 17'.
