Τρίτος Τσάμης και Καραλής

Την τρίτη θέση στο τριπλούν, με άλμα στα 16,53μ. (1,6), κατέλαβε ο Δημήτρης Τσιάμης, στο μίτινγκ του Σοτεβίλ.

 

Ο αθλητής του Παναγιώτη Μαρκιανιδη, ο οποίος είχε ένα ακόμη έγκυρο άλμα στα 16,21μ. και δεν εκτέλεσε τις δύο τελευταίες του προσπάθειες, προερχόταν από την πολύ καλή εμφάνιση του Πανελληνίου Πρωταθλήματος, όπου είχε σημειώσει 16,82μ. Πλέον ο Τσιάμης διεκδικεί τη συμμετοχή του στο Ευρωπαϊκό Πρωτάθλημα του Μονάχου.

 

Στην ίδια διοργάνωση πήρε μέρος και ο Εμμανουήλ Καραλής, ο οποίος αναδείχθηκε τρίτος στο επί κοντώ με 5,55 μέτρα. Ο αθλητής ξεκίνησε με 5,40μ., πέρασε με την πρώτη τα 5,55μ. και στη συνέχεια απέτυχε στα 5,65μ., επίδοση που θα αποτελούσε φετινό του ρεκόρ.
