Τέλος ο Στάικος από τον ΠΑΣ Γιάννινα

Παρελθόν για τον ΠΑΣ Γιάννινα αποτελεί ο Θανάσης Στάικος. Ο 43χρονος προπονητής πήγε σήμερα στο ΠΕΑΚΙ και αποχαιρέτησε τους παίκτες της ομάδας, ενώ μέσα στη μέρα αναμένεται το τυπικό διαζύγιο με την ανακοίνωση από την ΠΑΕ.

Ο απερχόμενος προπονητής του ΠΑΣ μίλησε στους ποδοσφαιριστές για περίπου 20 λεπτά, ανέλαβε τις ευθύνες του και εξέφρασε την πίστη του στις δυνατότητες της ομάδας και την αισιοδοξία του πως θα παραμείνει στη μεγάλη κατηγορία.

Ο κ. Στάικος αποχωρεί από τον πάγκο του ΠΑΣ Γιάννινα μετά από δυόμισι χρόνια (υπήρξε αρχικά βοηθός) έχοντας κοουτσάρει σε 49 παιχνίδια. Σε αυτά τα ματς η ομάδα μέτρησε 8 νίκες, 18 ισοπαλίες και 23 ήττες. Μάζεψε 42 βαθμούς και τα τέρματα ήταν 48-78.

Είχε κάνει ντεμπούτο στις 21 Αυγούστου 2022 κόντρα στον Ολυμπιακό, όπου ο ΠΑΣ ηττήθηκε στο «Γ. Καραϊσκάκης» με 2-0. Η πρώτη του νίκη ήταν με τον Λεβαδειακό, το 2-1 στις 10/9/2022.

Η διοίκηση επιδιώκει να κλείσει άμεσα αντικαταστάτη καθώς την Πέμπτη υπάρχει το κρίσιμα ματς με τον Παναιτωλικό στους Ζωσιμάδες, με τους Σάββα Παντελίδη και Μιχάλη Γρηγορίου να είναι τα πρώτα ονόματα που ακούστηκαν.
