Πρόκριση στους Ολυμπιακούς!

Πολύ μεγάλη στιγμή κι επιτυχία για την ελληνική ιππασία, καθώς η Ιόλη Μυτιληναίου εξασφάλισε την παρουσία της στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες του Παρισιού το προσεχές καλοκαίρι, στην υπερπήδηση εμποδίων της ιππασίας.

Η Ελληνίδα αμαζόνα συγκέντρωσε την απαραίτητη βαθμολογία στο ολυμπιακό ranking list που ολοκληρώθηκε στις 31 Δεκεμβρίου και εξασφάλισε για τα ελληνικά χρώματα μια από τις δύο θέσεις από το Group C που δίνουν πρόκριση στο ατομικό της υπερπήδησης εμποδίων.

Μάλιστα, η 25χρονη πρωταθλήτρια Ελλάδας του 2017 συνεχίζει την οικογενειακή παράδοση, αφού η μητέρα της, Χάνα Μυτιληναίου, είχε συμμετάσχει με τα ελληνικά χρώματα στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες του 2004 ξανά στην ιππασία.

Οι Αγώνες της Αθήνας ήταν οι τελευταίοι με ελληνική συμμετοχή στο συγκεκριμένο άθλημα μέχρι η Ιόλη Μυτηλιναίου να πάρει μία ιστορική πρόκριση.
