Παγκόσμιος Πρωταθλητής ο Μάκης Μίτας

Το χρυσό μετάλλιο στο Παγκόσμιο Πρωτάθλημα Σκιτ κατέκτησε ο Μάκης Μίτας. Ο Ελληνας σκοπευτής που ήδη έχει εξασφαλίσει την πρόκριση για τους Ολυμπιακούς αγώνες του Παρισιού έγραψε Ιστορία κι έγινε ο πρώτος Ελληνας αθλητής που κατακτά χρυσό μετάλλιο στο σκιτ. 

 

Ο Μίτας ήταν... απολαυστικός και με 56 εύστοχες βολές ανέβηκε στο πιο ψηλό σκαλί του βάθρου. Στην δεύτερη θέση ήρθε ο Φινλανδός Καλιόνεν (με 55 βολές) και στην τρίτη ο Αιγύπτιος Μεχελμπά με 46 εύστοχες βολές. 

 

Αναμφίβολα πρόκειται για μια μοναδική επιτυχία που όμοιά της η χώρα μας δεν έχει ξαναζήσει.
