Με προσωρινή άδεια η Μπάρτσα

Η UEFA ανακοίνωσε σήμερα (27/7) ότι έδωσε προσωρινή άδεια στην Μπαρτσελόνα για να παίξει στο Champions League της επόμενης σεζόν, εν μέσω των ερευνών για την εμπλοκή των πρωταθλητών Ισπανίας στην υπόθεση «Νεγκρέιρα». 

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι Ισπανοί εισαγγελείς υπέβαλαν τον Μάρτιο καταγγελία για υποτιθέμενες πληρωμές που έκαναν οι «μπλαουγκράνα» από το 2001 έως το 2018, συνολικού ύψους 7,3 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ, σε εταιρείες ιδιοκτησίας του άλλοτε αντιπροέδρου της Τεχνικής Επιτροπής Διαιτητών της ισπανικής ποδοσφαιρικής ομοσπονδίας, Χοσέ Μαρία Ενρίκεθ Νεγκρέιρα. 

Δικαστήριο της Βαρκελώνης συμφώνησε να εκδικάσει την υπόθεση, ενώ η UEFA έχει αρχίσει επίσης έρευνα κατά της Μπαρτσελόνα για πιθανή παραβίαση του νομικού πλαισίου του οργανισμού.

«Η Μπαρτσελόνα γίνεται προσωρινά δεκτή για να λάβει μέρος στη σεζόν των διασυλλογικών διοργανώσεων της UEFA. Επιφυλάσσεται μια μελλοντική απόφαση σχετικά με την είσοδο/αποκλεισμό από τις διασυλλογικές διοργανώσεις της UEFA» αναφέρει σε ανακοίνωσή της η ευρωπαϊκή ποδοσφαιρική ομοσπονδία 

Και συνεχίζει: «Η Μπαρτσελόνα είναι υποχρεωμένη να ενημερώνει προληπτικά τους Επιθεωρητές Ηθικής και Δεοντολογίας (EDI) για την πρόοδο των εν εξελίξει ερευνών και να παρέχει στους EDI όλα τα έγγραφα και τις πληροφορίες που ζητούν. Οι EDI που είναι αρμόδιοι για την υπόθεση καλούνται να συνεχίσουν και να ολοκληρώσουν την έρευνά τους και να στείλουν μια περαιτέρω έκθεση στην επιτροπή εφέσεων της UEFA, εάν και όταν κρίνουν ότι πρέπει να αξιολογηθεί η είσοδος/αποκλεισμός της Μπαρτσελόνα».
