Ευρωπαϊκό νεανίδων: Χρυσό μετάλλιο οι Καραπαναγιώτου/Κρομμυδάκη στο ελεύθερο ντουέτο

Πολύ μεγάλη επιτυχία για την ελληνική καλλιτεχνική κολύμβηση, στο Ευρωπαϊκό Πρωτάθλημα νεανίδων, που διεξάγεται στο Φουντσάλ της Πορτογαλίας.

Οι Μαρία Καραπαναγιώτου και Ιφιγένεια Κρομμυδάκη κατέκτησαν το χρυσό μετάλλιο στο ελεύθερο ντουέτο, συγκεντρώνοντας 179.6146 βαθμούς στον τελικό του αγωνίσματος. Το ελληνικό ζευγάρι άφησε πίσω του τις Αλέσια Μάκι/Σουζάνα Πεντότι από την Ιταλία (165.1708β.) και τις Αλίσα Κούλικ/Αμέλια Βολίνσκα από την Ουκρανία (160.8500β.), ανεβαίνοντας στο ψηλότερο σκαλί του βάθρου.
