Απορρίφθηκε το αίτημα του Ολυμπιακού - Κανονικά παρών στην εκδίκαση της έφεσης ο Παναθηναϊκός

Παρών  στην εκδίκαση της έφεσης του Ολυμπιακού για το ντέρμπι παραμένει ο Παναθηναϊκός.

Στο ξεκίνημα της διαδικασίας η πλευρά των «ερυθρόλευκων» ζήτησε ν’ αποβληθεί η αντίστοιχη των «πράσινων».

«Δεν δημιουργείται μία δίκη μεταξύ δύο διαδίκων. Δεν υπάρχει κύρια δίκη μεταξύ δύο άλλων, αλλά ένας πειθαρχικά ελεγχόμενος. Δεν υπάρχουν δύο, ένας μόνο, ο Ολυμπιακός», ήταν η θέση των Πειραιωτών.

Για να λάβει έπειτα την απάντηση από τον δικηγόρο του «τριφυλλιού», κ. Βαγιάκο:

«Δεν διαφωνούμε με τα γραφόμενα στο φύλλο αγώνα, άρα τι ένσταση να κάνουμε. Αφορά δικό μας παιχνίδι και θα έπρεπε εξαρχής να είμαστε διάδικοι».

Σε κάθε περίπτωση, μετά απ’ όλα αυτά η Επιτροπή Εφέσεων απέρριψε το αίτημα του Ολυμπιακού και εκείνη του Παναθηναϊκού διατήρησε το δικαίωμα να εκθέσει τα επιχειρήματά της.
