Ήττα για Περβολαράκη, απέσυρε τη συμμετοχή του από το πρώτο ματς ATP Cup ο Τσιτσιπάς

Ο Μιχάλης Περβολαράκης (νούμερο 399 στην παγκόσμια κατάταξη), δεν τα κατάφερε απέναντι στον Πολωνό, Καμίλ Μάιχτσακ (νούμερο 117), γνωρίζοντας την ήττα με 6-1,6-3, στην μεταξύ τους αναμέτρηση στην πρώτη ημέρα των αγώνων του ATP Cup στο Σίδνεϊ.

 Αυτή ήταν η 6η ήττα του Περβολαράκη στο ATP Cup, σε ισάριθμα παιχνίδια που έχει δώσει στη διοργάνωση από το 2020.

 Ο Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς, ο οποίος βρέθηκε στις κερκίδες με πάγο στον αγκώνα στον οποίον εγχειρήστηκε πρόσφατα, απέσυρε τελευταία στιγμή τη συμμετοχή του και θα τον αντικαταστήσει ο Αριστοτέλης Θάνος που θα πραγματοποιήσει το ντεμπούτο του στη διοργάνωση, απέναντι στον Χούμπερτ Χουρκάτς.
